"I felt like I was able to realise my communication skills and where I stopped communicating, because I'd lost my voice. When you're put in a situation where you're pressured not to have an opinion and you become controlled, you lose yourself. I came here completely lost and I didn't know where I was going. But with the compassion here of the women who introduced me - I felt safe. Feeling safe in this course was definitely important as well as learning the different levels of communication, what the triggers are, learning my own character, where I am going wrong and understanding compassion towards others; how do i deal with a situation. If I'm being approached with aggression I can now recognise the underlying emotion of that person. I know to respond rather than react."

“I learnt emotional wellbeing. What it's done for me in my day-to-day life and taking what I've learnt home. I stopped cooking, so I started cooking again. Being more compassionate towards myself and my own wellbeing. I put my health first. I can think more clearly now. When I meet people, I think of their needs as well now. I think it's a toolkit. You've given me the tools and everything that I need to learn on a day-to-day. Things that we forget in trauma. We want to get away from our past. All we need is that person who can recognise what we can do to make it better. I realized that I was in a state of depression where I was thinking 'it's my fault' 'what was I doing wrong' 'why me' but actually now I realise it's not me and sometimes it's others."

"Be Noble Workshop gives you different tools of learning and working with other girls I work with. We've all got different traumas and different things and it teaches you how to cope with the different things like survivors.
